The Reliability Technician will oversee the evaluation of lube oil analysis results by the lubrication technician. The Reliability Technician will ensure a work order is written for any required Corrective Actions identified in the report. He/She will also coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to ensure the timely completion of the work orders.\r\nOversight of Waites IIoT vibration program. The reliability Technician will be the first line contact for any vibration notifications from the Waites IIoT system. He/She will evaluate notification and generate work orders for all required Corrective Actions identified by the notifications. He/She will also be responsible for maintaining the plants engagement KPI as it relates to the Waites system. He/She will also coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to ensure the timely completion of the work orders.\r\nOversight of the plants electrical infrared scans. He Reliability Technician will coordinate with the lead Electrical Engineer to evaluate and assign all required Corrective Actions identified by the monthly Infrared scan report. He/She will be responsible for writing work orders pertaining to these actions. He/She will also coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to ensure the timely completion of the work orders.\r\nOversight of plants Maintenance stores and BOMs. The Reliability Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment BOMs for existing equipment as well as the creation of BOMs for newly installed or modified equipment. He/She will research and make recommendations to the Engineering Team for new stock items or substitutes for current stock items.\r\nOversight and Maintenance of Engineering drawings and documents.
