Floating Front Office Associate

Description: For this position you need will be moving constantly, to provide help to two Hearing Aid Practitioners. The position is fast-paced, and you need to be a self-proclaimed technocrat to do the job; you will not be bored. We are looking for a Floating Front Office Associate that wants to be a part of this this amazing company. As a Floating Front Office Associate, you will travel between two offices daily within a week. You will have a great deal of responsibility, as both locations will require your full attention when you are there. You will spend the morning in one office and the afternoon in the other. There will be flexibility to change this around, so our focus is on patient satisfaction. The two offices are: Trumbull, CT and Norwalk, CT Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30a-4:30p Essential Functions: Responsible for managing the front area of both clinics on the days you are there. Customer service. Making outbound calls from our customer database to schedule appointments in both offices. Attending community outreach events to help network and generate business for each office. Retail sales. Having the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively. Office cleaning, including vacuuming, light dusting, and sanitizing for both locations.
