This position will provide supervision to the Data and Compliance Administrators and direct our agency’s data team efforts. In addition, this role will monitor and enforce our data quality and privacy and security standards for all Padmission users from our Agency. This position serves as a liaison with external funders, Padmission system administrators, and program staff. We support you in supporting others\n\nHow You Make an Impact:\nCollaborate with Housing Program Managers to develop reports that effectively monitor key program, client, and lease data.\nStrengthen the utility of Padmission as Abode’s rental subsidy administration database by developing processes for importing and/or exporting data to other systems.\nManage Padmission users including assigning licenses, ensuring proper role assignment, staff training, etc.\nEnsure proper security and privacy functions for client and program data, including the development and dissemination of security protocols governing Padmission, and related training of staff users.\nOccasionally attend meetings related to data management and performance measurement in key counties where Abode manages rental subsidy administration services, and share information with relevant staff.\nSupport the organization in quantifying and communicating program outcomes.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nHow You Meet Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.\nIn-depth operational knowledge of at least one database used for housing subsidy administration or equivalent work required. Knowledge of Salesforce with some level of Administrator certification preferred.\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not required with commensurate experience. • Demonstrated ability to think systematically, analytically, and logically.\nEffective written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to work well independently as well as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.\nTwo years of experience working in fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nExcellent verbal & written communication, organizational, program management, and time management skills.\nStrong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nAbility to work well independently and collaboratively with teams.\nExperience working with HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems) or a comparable database.\nExisting knowledge of current HUD rules and regulations related to the HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, systems, data collection practices and platforms.\nAbility to learn and use required mobile devices and business-related applications.\nOutstanding communication skills and high degree of emotional intelligence, cultural humility, with a proven track record to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to remain in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods, while at a desk or working on a computer.\nManual dexterity for use of keyboard, tools, controls; repetitive motion that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nAbility to move between floors, ascending/descending stairs.\nAbility to squat, bend at the waist, crouch, reach overhead and horizontally, and kneel.\nMoving or lifting objects up to 25 pounds.\n\nWORK CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:\nShared Office Environment w/ moderate to high noise level with frequent contact and interruption.\nWork in program service environments, which may include entering program offices, non-agency offices and meeting areas.\n\nNotice: This description is to be used as a guide only.
