Our production environment emphasizes:\n\n* Strong scheduling and planning to support efficient press operation\n* Clear job documentation and organized prepress preparation\n* A team first mindset between operators, assistants, and support departments\n* Leadership that values professionalism, accountability, and respect on the production floor\n* A culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and doing things the right way\n\nExperienced flexographic press operators are strongly encouraged to apply.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses\n* Monitor press performance and adjust settings to maintain quality standards\n* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment\n* Verify job specifications and coordinate with prepress and production teams\n* Maintain proper color control and print registration during production\n* Conduct quality inspections throughout the run to ensure accuracy and consistency\n* Document production information and communicate effectively with team members\n* Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures\n\nRequirements\n\n* Experience operating *flexographic printing presses* required\n* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability\n* Basic math and measurement skills\n* Experience working with print specifications and quality standards\n* Ability to work in a fast paced production environment\n* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n* Ability to lift *50–75 pounds regularly during a shift*\n\nSchedule\n\n*Night Shift*\n\nEmployees work *three 12-hour shifts per week (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM).*\n\nCrew schedules rotate as follows:\n\n* Sunday, Monday, Tuesday\n* or\n* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Every four months, crews rotate between these schedules so employees are not always working the same days throughout the year.
