We're looking to hire a senior-level contractor to independently design and build a new Healthcare Organization (HCO) Header, and the target is to complete the work by the end of 2027.The solution will be built primarily in ECL, so we need someone with strong, hands-on ECL and data experience. The ideal candidate should also have a solid background in data linking and analytics, along with experience in Azure and Java.
