This role ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently while supporting production goals, training operators, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.\nMAIN DUTIES\nSet up, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot all tooling and machinery.\nPerform weekly machine lubrication and preventive maintenance tasks.\nQualify, train, and support new machine operators.\nEnsure all safety devices are properly installed and functioning correctly.\nRecord all repairs, maintenance activities, and machine adjustments in log books.\nSafely operate all machinery within the department.\nSuccessfully complete forklift safety certification requirements.\nRelieve machine operators as needed.\nLift, push, and pull materials up to 90 lbs.\nClimb ladders and perform work at varying heights as required.\nPerform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the department lead.\nQualifications\n\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, machine setup, or maintenance experience preferred.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and machinery.\nAbility to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance documentation.\nAbility to safely operate production machinery and equipment.\nAbility to obtain and maintain forklift safety certification.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to train and assist new operators.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 90 lbs.\nAbility to climb ladders and work in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is .\nCompensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
