Business analyst experience must include creating or reviewing functional design documents.\nDemonstrate experience with successfully leading a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high levels of quality and performance.\nDescribe experience serving as the primary point of contact for the resolution of issues and questions regarding Medicaid eligibility case processing.\nDescribe experience as a subject matter expert regarding Medicaid eligibility and ensuring outcomes are accurately addressed.\nDemonstrate experience with user validation testing as part of a release with large enterprise-wide systems. Describes experience with performing, executing, designing, and debugging test cases.\nDemonstrate experience with designing, creating, publishing, and presenting dashboards, reports, and slide decks (i.e., PowerPoint), to peers, managers, and executive stakeholders.\nDemonstrate excellent follow-through, communication with peers, management and executive leadership.\nDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
