This individual will play a key role in managing complex client relationships, reviewing sophisticated tax engagements, mentoring staff, and helping continue the growth of our trust and estate practice.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex fiduciary structures, high-net-worth families, and estate planning strategies within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex:1041 Trust & Estate Returns990 Returns706 & 709 Estate/Gift Tax ReturnsManage high-net-worth trust and estate client relationshipsResearch and resolve complex fiduciary and estate tax mattersCoordinate with attorneys, financial advisors, family offices, and internal tax teamsReview workpapers and provide mentorship to staff and seniorsAssist with tax planning strategies for trusts, estates, and multi-generational wealth structuresParticipate in practice development and leadership initiatives depending on experience levelEnsure projects are completed accurately and within deadlinesQualificationsCPA required6+ years of public accounting tax experienceStrong experience with fiduciary, estate, and gift taxationAdvanced knowledge of:1041s990s706/709 filingsExperience reviewing returns and managing engagementsStrong communication and client management skillsDesire to work in a collaborative, long-term, relationship-driven environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $200,000 – $260,000Performance BonusProfit Sharing401(k) ProgramFully Paid Employee BenefitsContinuing Education & Professional DevelopmentTeam Meals & EventsMerit-Based AdvancementStrong Long-Term Partnership Track PotentialCultureOur team prides itself on maintaining a positive, supportive, and high-performing environment.
