Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategy and daily execution. You'll ensure our inventory moves seamlessly across borders while holding our global partners to the highest standards of service and cost-efficiency.Manage end-to-end execution of international shipments, ensuring smooth flow through our global network across all modes of transit. Including ownership of data entry into ERP systems, reviewing customs paperwork to ensure products ship on time, within budget, and seamless delivery of final product to our end consumer.Partner with cross-functional teams such as Distribution, Procurement and Planning, Accounting to plan, prioritize, and resolve bottlenecks in real-time for logistics activities.Utilize analytical skill set to problem solve in real-time, ship to trade dates escalations, freight issues, and shipment costs.Own and analyze open transfer report to influence key stakeholders and drive outcomes.Monitor partners against multiple KPIs and SLAs, which will include on time deliveries, on time pick ups, and invoice accuracy.Gather and review raw performance data to enable actionable insights and deliverables.Oversee the automated 3PL invoice lifecycle by completing reviews, providing approvals, and ensuring carrier payment compliance while maintaining an accurate ledger.Act as a key stakeholder in customs clearance operations, ensuring all documentation and protocols meet international standards and business needs.Support the Senior Manager in Supply Chain/Logistics projects to drive cost-reduction initiatives, improve efficiency and service.About You:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Distribution, or related field3-5+ years of related supply chain experience in a CPG environment with experience managing 3PLDeep understanding of international trade lanes, incoterms, and the nuances of ocean/air freightStrong Excel skills required. Experience with NetSuite preferredAble to consider the impacts of decisions on the customer, ensuring that any changes will improve and elevate the customer experienceOrganized with the ability to balance multiple priorities at once and manage time appropriatelyDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong and effective communication skills with the ability to decision-makeCollaborative Mindset - Ability to work cohesively with multiple teams and build strong relationships with our internal and external partnersWe'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement.
