Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is its employees.\nThe Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nOversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel\nAssign patrol areas and monitor officer performance\nTrain, mentor, and support new and existing security staff\nEnforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies\nMaintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors\nObserve, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns\nEnsure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements\nParticipate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals\nInteract professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public\nComplete required reports and documentation accurately and timely\nQualifications & Requirements\nMinimum 18 years of age\n1–3 years of supervisory experience in the security field\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nReliable transportation and means of communication\nBasic to intermediate computer skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions\nMust pass all required background checks and drug screenings\nCertification & Licensing\nSecurity licensing as required by state, county, or local regulations\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nRequired Screenings\nCriminal Background Check\nMotor Vehicle\nDrug Screen\n$20.50 per hour\nLic# 106-5774\n\nDSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.\n\nDSI Security Services is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
