Food AssociateWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Associate to join our team at PM Grand in Smithers, WV. The Food Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standardsAssist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendationsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areaHandle cash transactions and operate POS systemFollow health and safety regulations at all timesAssist with inventory management and restocking of suppliesQualifications:Previous experience in food service or customer service preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskBasic math skills and ability to handle cash transactionsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
