The role involves coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures, verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate medical office records, and ensuring excellent patient service. Daily responsibilities include patient communication, preparing and organizing medical documentation, and supporting clinical staff with administrative duties.QualificationsProficiency in Surgery Scheduling and Insurance VerificationStrong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office operationsExcellent Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with patientsOrganizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced medical settingAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityProficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plusExperience in orthopedic or hand/upper extremity specialties is preferredBilingual preferred (Spanish)High school diploma or equivalent is required; certification as
