Piccolina is looking for a line cook who is motivated, efficient, possesses a team mentality, and has attention to execution & detail. -Candidates must have experience within high volume restaurants with equally high standards. -2 years line experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities include stocking and prepping a station nightly, a weekly closing shift, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, rotating station responsibilities, and executing daily special menu items. Punctuality and weekly flexibility are a must.
