Center Director

As the Director of our offline training center, you will be in charge of leading and managing our academic training center in Scarsdale, NY. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services, including operations, teaching, and customer service. You will also collaborate closely with relevant teams to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Enrollment and Marketing: Develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract exceptional students. Collaborate with the marketing department to carry out effective marketing activities. Academic Management: Supervise and coordinate teaching plans, and faculty training to ensure educational excellence. Team Management: Recruit, develop, and motivate teams, fostering a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, and enhancing overall performance. Student Relationship Management: Establish effective communication channels with students and their parents, addressing their concerns and needs, and providing a superior learning experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in education program management, with exposure to sales, business development, or growth initiatives. Proven success in meeting KPIs (e.g., student enrollment, revenue targets) in educational or similar settings. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and adjust strategies accordingly. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to engage diverse stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with experience working across BD, Sales, and Marketing teams.
