As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful learning outcomes for our students.This role reports into our Head of Learning.What You’ll DoOversee content development projects, including refining existing programs and managing the successful launch of new programsLead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation effortsEstablish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure our educational programs consistently meet high standards of accuracy and relevanceExperiment with new content modalities to enhance student learning experience, including skills lab, simulation, etc.Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learners engagement and outcomes.
