DevOps & Infrastructure: Partner with teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment monitoring. 🎯 Required Qualifications7+ Years of overall software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. 7+ Years of deep experience with Java/J2EE, OOP design patterns, and SOLID principles. 7+ Years using core frameworks: Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and ORM (Hibernate or JPA). 🌟 Preferred ExperienceMicroservices architecture and RESTful API design. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus containerization with Docker & Kubernetes. CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven/Gradle) and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito). Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL) and NoSQL platforms. Public Sector / Government Systems Experience (Health & Human Services, Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or Integrated Eligibility Systems preferred).
