This role focuses on safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership, ensuring production targets, quality, and team engagement are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:Lead stamping press operations to meet aggressive production, quality, and delivery goalsChampion a safety-first cultureenforce policies, conduct audits, and investigate incidents.Coach, mentor, and empower team members through servant leadershipManage workflow, staffing, and machine utilization to maintain continuous productionDrive Lean ManufacturingKaizen, and continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency.Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to quickly resolve production issues.Maintain accurate production, safety, and quality records; report KPIs to management. Qualifications:1-3 years supervising high-volume stamping press or manufacturing operations.Proven servant leadership with team development and coaching experience.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.Experience in a fast-paced, unionized environment preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
