This role will serve as the internal systems expert across CRM platforms, primarily HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, automation optimization, system enhancements, and day-to-day support.\r\nThis person will act as a triage and hot-fix resource, supporting ongoing system needs while also partnering on larger strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced, autonomous, startup-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal micromanagement.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nAdminister and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot systems\r\nBuild and refactor Salesforce Flows, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages\r\nManage HubSpot workflows and automations (80+ active workflows)\r\nMaintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects\r\nTroubleshoot system issues and implement hot fixes\r\nPerform data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency preferred)\r\nEnsure accurate data sync between HubSpot and Salesforce\r\nSupport reporting needs for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps\r\nCollaborate cross-functionally and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment\r\nQualifications\r\n3+ years of CRM administration experience\r\nStrong Salesforce experience (Admin-level knowledge)\r\nSalesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred)\r\nExperience with Salesforce Flows (required)\r\nExperience managing permissions, layouts, validation rules\r\nHands-on HubSpot administration experience\r\nStrong understanding of CRM data structures\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nExperience working in startup or fast-paced environments\r\nComfortable working remote U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)\r\nHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
