Property & Casualty Business Analyst
A company is looking for a Business Analyst I, II, or III to support and enhance Policy Administration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and document requirements for system enhancements
Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with IT to implement solutions
Manage project delivery, including user acceptance testing and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Professional experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry as a Business Analyst
Experience managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical resources
Experience in Agile/Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments
