Creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions. Evaluates performance (including IoT devices, etc.) of equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence. Leverages factory data to develop statistical process control approaches and integrates reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement. Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineer Senior you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions that enhanceassembly efficiency and product quality.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToProviding technical guidance on various assembly processes and equipment and support to manufacturingoperatorsDeveloping, implementing, and documenting manufacturing processes for electronic and electromechanicalassembliesUtilizing lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and improve production yields through automation,tooling improvements, process redesign, etc.Defining operations procedures, production standards, and build sequences to drive operational excellenceDeveloping statistical process control approaches and integrating reporting and data analytics solutionsThis position requires the ability to support up to 10% of overtime annually as required to support programneeds.
