This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining data infrastructure, building integrations between business systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and delivering scalable reporting solutions that support Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Architecture, Integrity & Systems\nDesign, implement, and maintain integrations between BigQuery and operational platforms.\nEvaluate and build data requirements for all incoming systems to ensure alignment with financial reporting, operational reporting, and executive decision-making needs.\nDevelop reconciliation processes and automated controls to identify data discrepancies and ensure consistency between source systems and financial records.\nEstablish and maintain a scalable data architecture that serves as the single source of truth for business reporting.\nCreate data governance standards, documentation, and validation procedures to improve reliability and transparency across the organization.\nProactively identify gaps in system integrations, reporting capabilities, and data quality, and implement solutions to support the company's growth.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nBuild and maintain scalable datasets, views, and reporting layers within BigQuery.\nDevelop automated dashboards and KPI reporting for Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.\nAnalyze trends related to revenue, profitability, inventory, cash flow, customer behavior, and operational performance.\nSupport monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, board reporting, and ad hoc analysis.\nAutomation & Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting, reconciliations, and business processes.\nImprove efficiency across Finance and Accounting through data-driven solutions.\nDevelop tools and workflows that increase visibility into key business drivers.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, and data management processes.\nTranslate complex business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.\nQualifications/Requirement\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience\nExperience with Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, IMS, OMS\nExperience with ETL and integration tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced Google BigQuery experience.\nExpert-level SQL skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\nWhy Join Comfrt?\nBe part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.\nWork in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.\nEnjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products!\nJoin a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.\nCOMFRT is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity.
