Join our team as a Room Attendant and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests through your commitment to cleanliness and hospitality excellence!\nThe Room Attendant will perform a combination of tasks in order to maintain the hotel and public space with impeccable standards of cleanliness while embracing the values of company culture and guiding principles!\nResponsibilities:\nThis position requires you to perform a combination of tasks that maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.\nKeep work area clean and neat, free from dust and litter.\nLoads carts with supplies needed to perform duties.\nCleans all guest rooms as assigned within the required time limit. Duties in each room include:\nChange bed linens and makes bed.\nVacuum carpet. Moves furniture as needed to clean.\nDust and clean all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TV’s, armoires, desks, etc.\nClean mirrors, surfaces, windows, walls, etc.\nThoroughly clean bathroom area by washing the shower/tub, sink, floor, toilet, etc.\nReplace room amenities such as bathroom supplies, drinking glasses, writing supplies, etc.\nEmpties wastebaskets.\nEnsure guest room set up complies with standards.\nReports any discrepancies in room status, why room was not completed, etc. to Inspector.\nTurns in all Lost & Found items following the standard procedures.\nFills out assignment sheet as each room is completed.\nEnsure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.\nOther duties as assigned\nFlexible to workday shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays\n\nRequirements:\nPrior cleaning experience. To be punctual, dependable, and adaptable to change.\nFollow instructions, company policies, and safety procedures, while managing their time and resources efficiently.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.\nTeamwork, professionalism, and integrity are also key to success in the role.\nMust have open availability work weekends and holidays\n\nPhysical:\nAble to lift, push, pull a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and 20lbs regularly.\nAble to bend, twist, and squat repeatedly.\nAble to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift\n\nWe are an organization driven by our Guiding Principles – Associate Engagement, Presentation of our Hotels, Driving Guest Loyalty, Ensuring Financial Success, Community and Global Focus.
