Diversity and inclusion are integral to our company culture.Responsibilities:Shop Welding:Coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding required weld processes per project.Collaborate with Shop Lead to meet weld schedule needs and best fit.Perform various fabrication projects.Assist welders with fitting and problem-solving.Share knowledge and experience to maximize daily performance.Conduct daily QC/QA.
