Be a part of something special!\nHalvik is currently looking for an agile-experienced Project Manager with Salesforce expertise to join our fast-growing team. The PM shall ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities. The PM shall champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks. The PM will lead efforts to prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated number of hours to be worked. The PM will support requirements gathering and backlog grooming activities, and oversee technical implementation of product features. Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions and a strong teamwork ethic are essential.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide team leadership for the complete lifecycle of solution development and delivery\nCollaborate closely with client stakeholders and the technical team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, user needs, and technical feasibility\nApply product centric approaches to improve team problem-solving and value delivery\nCreate release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations\nEstablish and enforce technical delivery practices and standards that align with the customer's process\nServe as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.\nMonitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.\nPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.\nPlans and leads major technology assignments.\nEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.\nFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches\n2+ years hands-on experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience\nAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients and build consensus\nExperience in Human Centered design approach and techniques\nAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders\n10+ years of experience serving as an Information Technology (IT) project manager. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) software development projects.\n3+ years of experience leading and guiding the work of technical staff on a Salesforce implementation project\nREQUIRED\nUS Citizen.
