Job Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities
- Train and onboard new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Conduct sales management activities
- Handle cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Conduct interviews for hiring new team members
- Implement inventory control measures
- Provide support for wireless sales activities
Skills
- Experience in retail sales or related field
- Proficiency in inventory control and stock management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Familiarity with clerk duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques
- Understanding of wireless sales processes
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to conduct interviews and manage a diverse team
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong background in wireless sales and retail operations
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
