They will be driven to deliver friendly hospitality while meticulously assuring maintenance duties are completed and equipment is maintained.\n\nWe offer:\n\nHealth, dental, vision and insurance\nVacation accrual\nPaid Personal Time\n401k with company match\nCompetitive wages\nOn the job training\nFree uniforms\nMeal discounts\nAnd much, much more!\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nChecks over restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.\nMaintains appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.\nMain person to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and restaurant on a daily basis.\nCoordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.\nTakes temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, providing documentation on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.\nPuts food orders away in cooler following protocols for proper stock rotation.\nRotates stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method of stock rotation monitoring shelf life and code dates.\nMaintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.\nCompletes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar.\nCompletes daily duties to be ready to work in the kitchen or front of house during the lunch shift.\nCompletes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.\n\nQualifications:\n\nA genuine smile!\nGood communication skills\nDependability\n1-2 years restaurant experience preferred\nMust meet the federal age requirements for the position responsibilities. Culver’s recommends a minimum of 18 years of age.\nBe able to climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet.\nSweep, mop and scrub using cleaning materials.\nBe able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.\nAble to work independently.\nReach, bend and clean surfaces regularly.\nWork frequently in hot, cold and damp environments.\nReading and writing skills are required.\n\nCulvers (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer.
