Job Title: Business Analyst – Mobile ApplicationsLocation: Lisle, ILOnsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer locationKey ResponsibilitiesBusinessRequirement AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile applications.Translate business needs intoFunctional Requirement Documents (FRD) ,Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , andUser Stories .Define clearacceptance criteriaaligned with business goals.Conduct impact analysis for new features and enhancements.StakeholderProduct CollaborationWork closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams.Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.AgileDelivery SupportParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements and resolving queries.Assist QA teams in test case creation and UAT execution.Mobile App FocusAnalyze mobile user journeys, workflows, and interactions.Ensure requirements align with mobile-specific constraints (performance, security, usability).Support app store release planning and post-release analysis.DocumentationReportingMaintain up-to-date documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups (as needed).Track KPIs and support reporting on user adoption and app performance.Required SkillsQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst onmobile app projects .Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments .TechnicalFunctional SkillsStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and app development lifecycle.Proficiency with requirement management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure – optional).Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveExposure to UX/UI principles for mobile applications.Experience with API integrations and backend systems
