Handle non-conforming returned parts communication and problem-solving. Investigate and analyze customer complaints or product defects to identify root causes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.\nWork directly with the foreman and production team to build \\\"issues list\\\" and gather necessary information for potential improvements.\nEvaluate the inspection and quality control processes to make recommendations for improvement.\nEffectively manage project timelines and due dates.
