You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities . Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s success.\n| WHAT YOU GET TO DO\nYou lead the definition, design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate’s CRM system\nYou work closely with the sales and customer support teams to optimize the Salesforce experience and troubleshoot any issues arising from day-to-day operations\nYou work closely with software engineers on the Slate Digital team to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other Slate systems.\nYou own end-to-end quality of your Salesforce solutions: from code to test to integration to deploy to support.\nYou relentlessly simplify, demonstrating significant innovation, creativity, and judgement when solving challenging problems.\nYou are considered an authority on Salesforce solutions by the technical and business community and are frequently consulted for making difficult trade-off decisions.\nYou drive awareness about the impact and consequences of technical decisions on the business, balancing technical leadership with strong business judgment to make the right long-term decisions about technology choices.\nYou assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.\n| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce implementations\n3+ years of programming experience with Salesforce’s Apex programming language, LWC, and Visualforce.\n2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.\n2+ years working with version control system, such as Git, and CI/CD pipeline.\nExperience implementing reports and dashboards in Salesforce\nFamiliarity with Messaging for in-app and web components.\nExperience implemented a CTI solution for Salesforce (Amazon Connect experience is a plus).\nExperience implementing case automation through Omnichannel\nFamiliarity with performing admin tasks in Salesforce\nWHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?\nAt Slate, we’re fueled by grit, determination, and attention to detail.
