Individual will work closely with customer's Environmental Department.\n\nEssential Functions\nEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.\nConduct Daily Site inspections\nConduct weekly RCRA inspections\nWork with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures\nManage recycling programs\nManage the 90 day accumulation building\nSchedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials\nManage all document tracking including reports to Environmental Department\nManage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions\nMeet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals.\nPrepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.\n\nEducation Qualifications\nRequired High School or Equivalent\nPreferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degree\n\nExperience Qualifications\nRequired 1+ years waste management industry\nPreferred 5+ years experience in waste management industry\nRequired Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.\n\nSkills and Abilities\nAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function.\nMust possess strong attention to detail\nSound communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities\nProficient in Microsoft Suite\nAbility to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners.\nMust be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.\nAbility to be solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction.\nAbility to write business proposals.
