Participate in outreach efforts to promote program services and engage with the community.\r\nCollaborate with program staff to collect and analyze data related to program performance and client outcomes\r\nEngage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.\r\nPLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\r\nPhysical Requirements Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day\r\nClimb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time\r\nLift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs\r\nOther Requirements: Comply with program and/or requirements related to: Background check\r\nEducation and Experience Requirements: Minimum Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field of study 1-3 years relevant experience\r\nPreferred Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field of study 3-5 years relevant experience\r\nSalary $21.00 - $23.00 / hour\r\nPay Transparency In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003 (820 ILCS 112/5, et seq.), Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is required to provide the wages and benefits that it reasonably expects in good faith to offer for any specific job positions posted.
