integrate RESTful services and APIs with Oracle APEX applications.\nIntegrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems and data sources.\nDesign efficient SQL queries and optimize application and database performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and database-related issues.\nImplement application security using APEX authentication and authorization schemes, session-state protection, access controls, and secure coding practices.\nParticipate in requirements gathering, technical design, code reviews, testing, and production deployments.\nDevelop reusable Oracle APEX components and establish development standards and best practices.\nPerform routine health checks and support optimization of system performance, availability, access controls, and security.\nSupport system optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning activities.\nProactively identify potential issues, risks, and roadblocks during system implementation and operations.\nMaintain technical documentation for applications, database objects, integrations, and deployment procedures.\nProvide ongoing production support, debugging, maintenance, and application enhancements.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nFive (5) or more years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on development using Oracle technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience developing applications with Oracle APEX.\nAdvanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\nExperience developing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.\nStrong experience with JavaScript and jQuery, particularly within Oracle APEX applications.\nProficiency with HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive web application development.\nExperience customizing Oracle APEX Universal Theme and application user interfaces.\nExperience with APEX Dynamic Actions and client-side/server-side processing.\nExperience developing and customizing Interactive Reports and Interactive Grids.\nUnderstanding of AJAX-based processing and communication between APEX pages and PL/SQL.\nExperience consuming or developing REST APIs and RESTful Web Services.\nStrong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and SQL performance optimization.\nExperience troubleshooting applications using browser developer tools and Oracle APEX debugging capabilities.\nUnderstanding of application security and secure software development practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a development team.\n\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with recent versions of Oracle APEX, including
