reconciliation, or fraud-detection modules.• Contribute to system design sessions and architecture decisions, applying deep reasoning to scalability trade-offs, consistency models, and data partitioning.• Evaluate and optimize application throughput, concurrency handling, and API lifecycle management across multi-region clusters. • Implement DevOps and CI/CD automation for build, test, and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline).• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence through reusable design patterns.Required Qualifications:-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.• 7+ years of backend engineering experience in payments, fintech, or high-transaction enterprise systems.• Strong proficiency with Java / Spring Boot, data structures, algorithms, and system-level design principles.• Solid understanding of AWS core services and architectural best practices for scalable distributed systems.• Experience with multi-region, active-active, or near-real-time architectures for payment or settlement systems. • Deep debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
