Our Utility Workers play a critical role in protecting our employees, our community, and our brand by ensuring our vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, and always presentable.\nProfile\nWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Utility Worker with a valid CDL to support our onsite fleet operations. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our vehicles and facilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nClean, sanitize, and wash the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards\nDetail an agreed-upon number of vehicles per month\nInspect vehicles and document any damage; report findings to management\nCheck, maintain, and document system fluid levels (oil, DEF, coolant, washer fluid, etc.)\nEnsure all vehicle emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, body-fluid kit, first aid kit) is fully stocked and functional\nAccurately report end-of-day (EOD) mileage for all vehicles\nMaintain clear, detailed records of all services performed\nSafely move vehicles between job sites and work areas using CDL credentials\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment\nAssist team members as needed\nClose and secure the office and shop at the end of each day\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\nValid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements – Required\nNo criminal convictions or DWI/DUI, assault, or controlled substance possession within the past five (5) years\nAbility to successfully pass:\nPre-employment performance evaluation\nDOT physical\nDrug and alcohol screening\nBackground investigation and pre-employment assessments\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience related to vehicle servicing, fleet maintenance, or equivalent experience\nGeneral knowledge of fuels, lubricants, vehicle safety procedures, and cleaning materials\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\nAbility to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as required\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nCompensation\nPay Rate: $19.85 per hour\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package*, including:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nPaid Holidays and Vacation\nBenefits may vary by role, location, and business needs.
