Job Description Accounts Receivable Associate - Contract to HireSeeking an experienced, detail-oriented accounts receivable associate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will handle all aspects of accounts receivable duties within the company, as well as taking on administrative tasks, as needed. The person that will excel in this role will have keen attention to detail, a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Responsibilities include:· Collectively work with colleagues to manage tenant portfolio, including rent payments, collections, etc.· Perform daily deposits· Review and analyze financial matters of shopping center leases· Manage, review and communicate with various departments regarding collection issues· Preparation of tenant billbacks· Projects as assignedRequisite job skills include:· Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university (specifically finance or accounting) or 4+ years of relevant experience.· Experience with accounting software and systems a plus (RealPage)· Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)· The ability to efficiently prioritize while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment· Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-starter and ability to work independently.Pre-employment background check and references required.Company DescriptionOur expert team along with our strategic partnerships offer a collective experience in specialized staffing solutions and Process Improvement knowledge.
