The ideal candidate is polished, hands-on, and understands how to lead from the floor while maintaining strong financial controls and service standards. The operation features a busy bar program with a strong mix of craft cocktails, elevated service, and high guest volume. The company is looking for someone who can bring leadership, accountability, and positive culture to the team while continuing to drive sales and guest engagement.
