Key Responsibilities Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver technology solutions and strategic planning Identify and deploy AI opportunities to enhance process efficiencies Develop documentation for business requirements and ensure user training on current tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate role Technical knowledge of Workday and familiarity with financial processes Experience supporting a global organization Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
