Also responsible for inventory, purchasing, and warranty administration. Job Type: Full-time Workplace Type: Onsite Office Location: Largo, MD FLSA Status: Non-Exempt What you will do:Answer internal client calls, identify parts, and provide reasonable technical support to internal clients in a prompt and professional mannerIdentifies and processes internal client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone, and emailOrder required partsDrives sales by actively identifying internal opportunities within the organization and driving knowledge of our overall offering with our parts business. For example, Vilo, Bitzer, etc.Process internal service Lynx orders as neededAssist with the purchasing of service products needed externally when needed/availableIdentify product gaps internally by purchases made to external vendors. Report those product gaps to the Store Manager and/or Vice President - SupplyResponsible for internal client warranty administrationPrepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduledMaintains training in order to keep up with new products and technologyFlexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as requiredHandles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessaryAssist service estimating when needed/availableOther duties as assigned What we're looking for:High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education requiredTechnical School or an Associate's degree in Electronics or HVAC preferred2 Years of inside technical sales or related experience.Warranty experience.HVAC technical knowledge, HVAC Parts experience, experience with OEM a plus.HVAC Product knowledge, including tools and supplies, experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, and Order Expediting is a plus.Knowledgeable in Word & ExcelDetail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solver, able to multitask Physical Requirements:Regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard, phone, and reach with hands and armsAble to drive a forkliftOccasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusMust regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs & frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with assistance We offer:Excellent pay and benefitsGreat and supportive work environmentProfessional training and growthGenerous educational assistance programRecognition and outstanding co-workers!
