In this role, you'll learn to operate precision equipment in a cleanroom environment while helping produce high-quality, custom contact lenses. You'll be trained hands-on, supported by experienced teammates, and given clear opportunities to build technical skills and grow your career.If you're detail-oriented, dependable, a team-player, and excited to learn a specialized manufacturing process that makes a real impact on people's lives, this role could be for you.Essential Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned)Learn and perform foundational production tasks at one or more entry-level manufacturing stationsFollow all work instructions, SOPs, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocolsMaintain accurate production and material usage recordsRotate through manufacturing functions as part of a high-performance teamClean and sanitize production equipment and work areas dailyReport equipment issues or quality concerns promptlyParticipate in required training and demonstrate progress toward Technician II proficiencyCollaborate with teammates to meet daily production goalsApply the company's core fundamentals in daily work and interactionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic math skills (addition and subtraction)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processesAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyComfort standing for extended periods and working with small componentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software Growth OpportunityEntry Technician employees are expected to maintain consistent attendance, deliver high-quality performance, and achieve proficiency in either Base Curve or Front Curve processes within 90 days.
