Job Title: BServiceNow Product OwnerOverviewWe are seeking a Business Process Consultant / Technical Product Owner to support enterprise technology initiatives and platform transformations. This individual will play a critical role within the internal IT organization, partnering closely with business stakeholders and agile teams to drive delivery, define business value, and ensure successful execution.This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, hands-on, and outcome-driven, with strong experience in Agile product ownership and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Product Owner and Business Process Consultant for technology initiativesOwn and manage the product backlog, including:Defining and prioritizing epics, features, and user storiesEstablishing clear acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomesLead Agile ceremonies, including:Sprint planningBacklog refinementReviews and stakeholder demosPartner with business stakeholders to understand underlying needs and desired outcomes, not just documented requirementsDrive clarity on business objectives, priorities, and value delivery, challenging assumptions where appropriateCollaborate closely with:Technical leads / architectsDevelopment teamsCross-functional stakeholdersFacilitate planning sessions, workshops, and customer-facing demosEnsure alignment between business processes and technology capabilitiesOperate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environmentRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Product OwnerBusiness Process ConsultantBusiness Analyst (in Agile environments)Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum teamsHands-on experience with:Backlog managementEpic and user story creationSprint planning and executionAbility to act as a strategic partner, not just a requirements gathererStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect work to business outcomesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
