The organization values educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Primary (3-6 year olds) Teacher based in Lincoln, NE. The Primary Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging curricula, teaching in a classroom setting, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role includes preparing lesson plans, guiding students’ educational and social development, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the success of students.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Montessori and TeachingProficiency in Montessori Education and a passion for working with young learnersExcellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleaguesAbility to demonstrate creativity, patience, and adaptability in educational approachesBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is requiredState teaching certification for elementary education is preferredExperience with hands-on, child-centered teaching methods is a plus
