Job Purpose The Production Supervisor at PRINSCO is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production floor to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of production schedules. This role involves leading a team of production staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production targets and quality standards. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks. Implement and maintain production procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and product quality. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and optimize operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Analyze production data and generate reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs. Address and resolve any employee conflicts or performance issues in a professional and timely manner.
