Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. May develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability. May determine units and/or batches requiring environmental testing, and specifies minimum number of samples to obtain statistically valid data.\n\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nProject management experience\nScheduling and planning experience\nKnowledge of reducing unscheduled equipment downtime across critical assets, preserving production capacity and protecting capital investments.\nAbility to generate incremental productivity gains for Plant Engineering through data driven PM optimization and rapid fault isolation.\nDesired Skills\nExpertise in tracking critical systems unscheduled maintenance downtime.\nFacilitate Root Cause Analysis events, documenting actions and driving process improvements.\nExperience in direct cost avoidance by intercepting equipment failures prior to occurrence.\nSubject Matter Expert in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.\n\nPay Information\n\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\n\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
