It is a 100% on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Ownership\nDrive full lifecycle program management: RFQ → NPI → MP → EOL\nOwn schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across multiple programs\nCustomer Interface\nAct as primary point of contact for customers\nLead program reviews, QBRs, and escalation management\nCreate CTB report, identify on shortage and issue by working with related parties\nMake delivery commitment\nCross-functional Leadership\nCoordinate with functional dept, including HQ in Taiwan and other MFG sites, ie, Sales, TPM, Engineer, Buyer, OM, OFD, WH, Shipping, Suppliers, and …etc.\nAlign design, manufacturing readiness, and deployment schedules\nNPI & Manufacturing Execution\nLead EVT/DVT/PVT builds and readiness reviews\nEnsure smooth transition from development to volume production\nSupply Chain & Cost Control\nWork with sourcing on BOM cost, component allocation, and risk mitigation\nCreate Quotation for standard and non-standard activities\nManage E&O exposure, PPV risks, and cost-down initiatives\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify program risks early and drive mitigation plans\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues\nChange Management\nControl ECO/ECN processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders\nRequirements:\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail\nLoves deadlines, dynamic and fast moving environments\nTeam player and great interpersonal skills at all organizational levels\nAbility to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment\nSelf-directed, has initiative and is a great multi-tasker\nGood communication and organizational skills\nProgram Management experience on server product is preferred\nBachelor’s Degree or higher\nMinimum 2 years of experience in L10 manufacturing is preferred\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office software programs\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMiTAC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
