Job DescriptionNEW Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift | Direct HireSeeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide high-quality care in a low-to-moderate volume obstetrics unit. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced fetal monitoring skills, and the ability to manage high-risk OB patients and emergencies during night shift coverage.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive L&D nursing care, including fetal monitoring and labor managementRecognize and respond appropriately to fetal distress and OB emergenciesCare for high-risk OB patients, including pre-eclampsiaPerform C-section recovery and support operative deliveriesFunction in both L&D and couplet care as neededCollaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams; operate independently when providers are not in-houseFloat to other units (typically Med-Surg) as needed Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseRequired certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal MonitoringMinimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience requiredC-section experience requiredStrong assessment skills and ability to manage OB emergencies independently Schedule & Call:Night ShiftCall: 1 shift per 4-week schedule Interested!?
