Responsibilities include completing Globus Connect Server deployment, configuring storage gateways and data transfer workflows, and onboarding research users while providing Tier1/2 operational support. The role will focus on managing large-scale, secure data transfers, maintaining platform health, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards (HIPAA, NIST, Zero-Trust).
