You will have the opportunity to support a portfolio of over 50 different programs and research and development (R&D) efforts. Your work will affect technology across military space, civil space, commercial space, missiles, missile defense platforms, satellite surveillance platforms, deep space exploration, and manned flight missions.\n\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:\n\nBe responsible for proactively monitoring team member workloads, tracking progress against assigned tasks and labor capacity\nPrepare project metrics for analysis by Technical Leads and Management.\nDrive advanced features of project planning and tracking tools, such as MS Project and Jira.\nAssist with proposal creation, leveraging data from past projects.\nSet up development and project tracking infrastructure for the development team to ensure consistency and completeness.\nEvolve department data collection and analysis from multiple tools into unified database.\nAssist with administrative tasks, such as contractor onboarding, status collection, operations reviews, etc as outlined by Management.\nCommunicate well with ASIC/FPGA engineers, Technical Leads and Managers, understanding the vernacular and lifecycle of semiconductor development.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nExperience or coursework in the design of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.\n\nHDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.\n\nWilling and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus ship is required for this position.\n\nDesired skills\n\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\n\nExperience or coursework in the design of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.\n\nExperience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test).\n\nKnowledge of digital design, development, and simulation.\n\nExperience or knowledge of MS Project, JIRA.\n\nEEO\n\nLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
