You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, optimise processes, and support continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of hotelsDrive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencyImplement and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metricsEnsure exceptional guest experience standards are maintained across all propertiesDevelop, mentor, and lead General Managers and senior hotel teamsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisationCollaborate with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and revenueEnsure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirementsSupport new openings, refurbishments, and operational integrationsKey Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a senior multi-site operational role within the hotel sectorStrong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitabilityDemonstrated leadership experience managing large, diverse teamsIn-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and brand standardsExperience working within branded or large-scale hospitality groupsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
