Once trained, this position allows for a self-managed schedule, with a focus on completing weekly goals rather than fixed hours.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:General care and maintenance of trees and shrubsKeep trees straight and prune as neededMow farm lanes to maintain a clean and organized propertyOperate equipment including track skid steers, tractor backhoes, lawn mowers, and string trimmers (training provided)Move materials throughout the farm using equipmentWater trees and shrubs as neededWork independently to complete assigned weekly tasksPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWillingness to learn and operate heavy equipment (training provided)Ability to work in an outdoor environmentComfortable working alone for extended periodsAttention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized spaceAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical laborFlexible schedule and ability to manage time effectivelyMaintain good attendance and reliabilityPowered by JazzHR
