Job Title: Material Analyst/supply plannerDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Santa Clara CAPay rate: $50 - $53.33 hourly on W2JOB SUMMARYWhat You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end component planning for critical materials including memory, strategic ICs, interconnects, and manufacturing test equipment.Manage consignment models, oversee buy/sell transactions, and coordinate with sourcing and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost control.Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand fluctuations, and develop supply/demand models to optimize supply chain efficiency.Act as the primary liaison between sourcing teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of delays.Develop detailed reports and presentations to inform cross-functional teams and executive leadership on supply chain status and strategies.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials planning in a manufacturing setting (semiconductors, medical devices, or consumer electronics preferred).Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or SQL.Strong analytical skills, including use of statistical models and AI tools for demand forecasting.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have Skills:Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or PMP.Direct experience working with component suppliers, ODMs, and contract manufacturers.Knowledge of supply chain sustainability practices and lean manufacturing principles.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.3 to 5 years of supply chain or procurement experience, specifically in high-tech manufacturing industries.Other Requirements:Ability to travel as needed for supplier visits and cross-functional meetings.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.A proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
